By accessing or using Vault Zero, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not use our service.
Vault Zero is a local encryption utility tool designed to secure your files. Important Note: Vault Zero does NOT back up your data or passwords to any cloud servers. If you lose your device, uninstall the app without backing up, or forget your master password, your encrypted data will be permanently inaccessible. We are not responsible for any data loss under these circumstances.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your passwords and for all activities that occur on your device. You agree not to use the app for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
The app is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
In no event shall Vault Zero or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the application.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. By continuing to access or use our app after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
